This project analyzes the food industry and its operating environment, as well as the future of work in the food industry. The aim of the project is to create an understanding of the current state and recent developments in the Finnish food industry. Additionally, it examines how the Finnish food industry compares to competitor countries and provides insights into the future development of the food industry.
The project consists of three parts: 1) The current state of the Finnish food industry, 2) The Finnish food industry in international comparison, and 3) perspectives on the future of the food industry.
The project is carried out in collaboration with the The Labour Institute for Economic Research LABORE.
