Evaluation of the effectiveness of Team Finland Network

The aim of this research project is to evaluate the effectiveness of Team Finland Network, especially in terms of the effectiveness of the reforms made in 2018. The aim is to find out what is the added value of the joint customer work of Team Finland network model and core operators of Team Finland for internationalizing growth companies.

The information is used to develop the effectiveness of the network and the services it provides and to measure performance. Thus, evaluation also serves the goals set in the government programme related to the promotion of exports and internationalization, as well as the reform of the Government’s operating methods.

Research questions for the project include:

• What is the added value of Team Finland operating model and network cooperation for companies compared to the fact that companies use the services of operators separately?
• How the development of companies that have used the services of Team Finland Network differs from other companies in terms of export, internationalization, and growth developments (turnover, value added) and goals?
• What positive changes and challenges have the crisis and recovery measures decided to alleviate the negative effects of COVID-19 pandemic brought to the operations and customer management of Team Finland Network in 2020?

Etlatieto Oy is implementing this research project in cooperation with Forefront Oy which is coordinating the project.
