Artificial intelligence as a future value creator: employees, productivity and renewal of companies

This research project studies the impacts of artificial intelligence in Finland from the perspective of  employees and employers. In the project, the focus of AI research shifts from assessing potential to measuring its impacts. The project produces globally unique information by combining employee and employer data, providing concrete lessons from companies’ internal AI projects, and positioning Finland’s situation in the international OECD comparison. The project produces information to support decision-making as well as to form the basis for Finnish companies’ strategy work.

The research questions include:

  • How will AI change our recruitment needs?
  • How have other companies solved the challenges of implementation?
  • How do we compare to international competitors?
