ChatGPT and other generative AI tools are designed to produce human-like content, and their productivity-enhancing capabilities are widely recognized. However, in order to fully exploit the potential of applications, it is necessary to understand how people perceive and use them.
On Thursday, 6th June, Etla will announce recent results on the effects of ChatGPT on job demand in the network platform job market. Oxford University lecturer and researcher Fabian Braesemann will be the speaker of the webinar, who will present the six most important motivational dimensions in using artificial intelligence.
Fabian Braesemann is a Social Data Scientist who works as a Departmental Research Lecturer in AI & Work at the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford. In his research, Fabian uses data science to study the Science of Success. The aim of this research programme is to uncover and quantify the determinants of success in various fields. His research has been published in leading academic journals, and it was covered in national and international media such as Die Zeit, the Washington Post, Business Insides, The Times and more.
Besides his role at Oxford University, he is the Managing Director and co-founder of the DWG Datenwissenschaftliche Gesellschaft Berlin, a technology company specialising in social data science. The DWG collects data from different online sources, cleans and analyses the data to make it available for evidence-based decision-making and it develops versatile data science technologies.
