The main objective of this research project is to understand the overall picture of corporate financing and to produce systematic information to support decision-making. The research provides an up-to-date and comprehensive picture of how different private and public forms of financing – such as private equity investments, Business Finland subsidies, Finnvera funding and R&D tax breaks – are allocated in the corporate sector.
The project provides information on the availability, allocation and impact of corporate financing and enables the evaluation of the functionality and effectiveness of financing systems as a whole. The final report also includes concrete recommendations for developing the availability and allocation of corporate financing.
