Education and Wage Inequality in Europe – EDWIN (HPSE-CT2002-00108) is a European Commission funded (under the Improving the Human Potential (IHP) programme of FP5) research project. Its overarching objective is to undertake in-depth analysis of the interplay between educational expansion and wage inequality in Europe over the past few decades, up to the new millennium, and to look for major policy-relevant explanations for the obtained findings. The project involves partners from 9 European countries: Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, and the UK.
