Selvityksessä arvioidaan kansainvälisen matkustajaliikenteen palveluiden arvonlisäverotuksen käyttöönoton vaikutuksia laiva- ja lentoliikenteen kannattavuuteen ja työllisyyteen Suomesta käsin toimivien yritysten näkökulmasta. Kyseisten palveluiden saattaminen arvonlisäverotuksen piiriin johtaa palveluiden kuluttajahintojen nousuun, tuottajahintojen laskuun sekä yritysten kannattavuuden ja työllisyyden heikkenemiseen.
